I do believe in qigong's potential to build health amd strength. Some of the phenomenonal abilities I can't comment much on as I have no experience with it but I like to keep an open mind maybe it exists, maybe it doesn't. Self help and spiritual are separate categories for the books I read. Some spiritual titles I like are Autobiography of a Yogi and The Zen teachings of Bodhidharma.

I don't remember if it was a Chinese or Korean horror film that i watched it is called The Red Shoes to me it wasn't scary but was very interesting to watch. Have not watched Shutter yet but did hear about it from a friend~ I would honestly be super excited to go on a horror film date . for me i would because I've been a horror fan since i was around 6
