Since you mentioned the cajun-kitchen, can you cook this kind of treasure?
https://fiercefork.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/one-pot-chicken-and-dirty-rice.jpg
Pete Zahut @criselington I sure can, although I usually do roasted garlic potatoes and some kind of vegetable.
elhaym @elhaym ohh, that does sounds much more better!
Pete Zahut @criselington I think the taste compliments each other better that way, although red beans and rice are really good too.
elhaym @elhaym mh, I'd give both a try
Pete Zahut @criselington If you want to make chicken like this it is really really just get some boneless chicken breast and season it with some garlic, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper oregano, parsley, cilantro, and some smoked paprika and then rub some oil on them. Then you can dice up some onions and red and green bell peppers and let them cook in a pan with some butter and oil for a bit then add the chicken to the pan and give them a nice sear on both sides. As for your side you can do potatoes or red beans and rice or whatever you want.
Pete Zahut @criselington Really easy not really really haha

Since I know that you like to listen to Frank Sinatra - what kind of other music do you enjoy?

Pete Zahut @criselington I listen to a lot of older Artists such as Elvis, Paul Anka, Bill Withers, Cubby Checker, Bobby Darin, Ray Charles, Sam Cooke, and so forth. Pretty much anything from the Golden oldies (40s-60s). Music from 70s-90s and a few moderns songs. A lot of Classical music as well from composers like Beethoven, Mozart, Debussy, Tchaikovsky, and the like.
elhaym @elhaym Oh my goodness, you're a classy man! :3
elhaym @elhaym I love listening to Debussy
Pete Zahut @criselington They're just better in my opinion, less focus on enhancing the sound and quality and more focus on the actual music and writing. Plus I like music better when it doesn't take a team of 8 writers to write a lazy and repetitive song.
elhaym @elhaym Especially the quality of the writing was often better than those lyrics of songs nowadays. Now I'm thinking. What kind of music needs 8 writers? Usually, it's one song writer what I know so far :o
Pete Zahut @criselington There are quite a few nowadays, like Work from Rihanna was written by several people. It's just lazy and pretty annoying now.
elhaym @elhaym Oh, that's interesting! I'm still amazed that you're into older music :)
