Taj Mahal is a good example of a Persian garden. Four streams that meet. In old Persian culture, Heaven has four rivers that meet in the center. Then you have trees and flowers typically surrounding the walkways and the palace/home overseeing it. Lots of symmetry aswell. On the opposite side was another garden with a still pool of water that could reflect the taj evenly.

Ghost @kuharido I think they liked that stuff but I just read a lot and watch a lot of documentaries. It came up in a Mughal documentary I watched so I read up on it.
