I'm assuming that the science channel either isn't a basic channel or my 20 year old TV can't pick it up because I don't have it myself. Science all in all is a passion of mine, which is a big reason I want to become a nurse.

The History channel has kind of gone to crap these days. Same with Discovery and National Geographic. I used to love going on and watching documentaries but it seems these days that if it's not reality TV nobody cares anymore. The closest thing that I can stand to reality TV is survivalist shows and the Legend of Mick Dodge which is essentially the same thing. I haven't had cable in about 5 years, do they have secondary channels where they still show documentaries and things of that sort?

You could probably try your local ABC store for some. There's a lot of things I enjoy doing honestly, drawing, visiting historically significant places around my city, napping by the creek, playing football, gaming, physically demanding labor, creating cosplay, I dunno I have a ton of interests. Yourself?

Well I really wouldn't know where to start, you can get it straight, mixed or you can mix it yourself. You've got white lightning which is fantastic in my opinion. Strong, good scent, tastes a bit of corn which is natural with it being a "corn whiskey"; great flavor and it doesn't take too much to get a good buzz on tolerance or not. Some shiners and now some legal stills with have pre-mixed batches for you, they'll take their product and make apple pie, peach, strawberry and many other flavors, but I prefer to do that myself if I feel like mixing so I get more alcohol for my buck. There's a place up in Gatlinburg, TN that sells moonshine legally now and it's not too bad, but typically the stuff I get comes from West Virginia. If you can get your hands on some i'd recommend trying it.

The bad thing about coastal places is the unpredictable weather though. I was stationed up at Camp Lejeune in NC and the weather was the worst I've ever experienced. Granted you'd be off of the Gulf so it may be different but who knows. I on VERY rare occasions will go for a fruity drink, I have to really want it at that time though. Usually when it comes to that I make Caribou Lous, 151, Malibu and pineapple juice and it is faaaaantastic. Aside from that my drinks of choice are Budweiser, Stella Artois, Amstel, Kraken, Sailor Jerry, Captain Morgan, sake and really about any moonshine I can get my hands on; sometimes some Hennessy as well.

One of my good friends from high school goes to Southern Miss herself (different school I know, but same state). Vodka and I get along about as much as tequila/whiskey and I get along; we don't. Rum, beer and moonshine are about all I drink these days. May as well have been a pirate!

DICE sounds intense o: Looks hella crazy - has gotten pretty good reviews, but it came out so recently it's so short Q_Q" you all caught up with it, yeah? :p

I'm with you on the drink part. I just got through a bit of moonshine over the weekend, great stuff. I'm not a super huge NFL fan (blame that on my being southern), but as far as college goes I pull for Auburn University, the Tigers. Are you a college football fan yourself?
