I moved 7260 pounds total in dumbbell weight during my workout today. It was only 4500 pounds last month. I feel like I will improve a lot this year and hopefully I will gain 24 pounds of muscle. On average a male can gain 2 pounds of muscle per month.

I bought a Zexmte bluetooth adapter and am listing to opensource music I obtained from opengameart.org (The music collection for the video games I am making). I feel like the music is vibrating through my soul and I am in some epic battle due to the quality of my bluetooth headphones. My collection of 80 epic songs are filling me with joy and making me warm and fuzzy. I guess that is why they named the headphones ijoy. I really feel like this year will be epic. To blast through the storms of diamonds while dancing along the leaves to the top; skipping along the winds of destiny. (Cheesy I know) x3
