I told the owner about the complaint and gave my own complaint about the b*tch that left me with the mess. He told me to also inform my manager, which I was trying to call yesterday because we had a fire in the kitchen & my card had deactivated so I couldn't get into the laundry room. I tried calling her for the guest who was upset to. But, by some godly force (the owner called her) she came to the hotel, obviously still buzzed or had a hang over. I told her what had happened the day before and that the b*tch was not cleaning any rooms & is always rude to me (the snot nosed brat keeps saying rude off handed remarks about me being useless). Then my manager told me that the b*tch was right I don't do much and I had to clean the stays. (Even though I normally get them done, if my card would have worked, I had it reprogrammed by the owner today) Which made me just livid about the whole situation and good thing I'm a nice person, because I would have beaten the sh*t out of her right then and there!(And maybe have gotten charged with murder) I don't clean room on two f*cking occasions because I was either too sick or to f*cking busy with everyone else's bullsh*t and I have to listen to a upset customer who thought I was stealing from her, then be slammed by rude comments by a new employee and my manager siding with her, because shes too "busy" to answer her phone or watch the surveillance monitors. And it is so convenient that the b*tch came in after all the excitement was done too, so she can run to the manager (the both party/drink) and tell her how lazy I am and f*ckn' say I'm a liar. (Trust me it is easy to convince drunks someone is a liar, if your the first to tell them. My mom thought I was doing drugs because another girl that I looked like at the time was shooting up at a party and her friends convince my mom she was me.

Then after that, we got a rush of arrivals and the other day I just checked out a tour group, so we had no clean rooms, the b*tch didn't clean any so I had to speed clean before the arrivals came. (which the res were made just two hours before arriving) Then we had sudden walkins so I had to speed clean more rooms! Then people were coming in early on top of that! And I had to clean the breakfast room!

(which we didn't take any money, no listens to me when I tell them that! Pre-auth means at checkout we okay the bank to give us the amount that is owing, the rest is unfrozen in their account and we only take what was owed. It's like making a promise that you will pay and the bank freezing the amount Pre-authorized to make sure you have enough to pay us. It is simple! We are not stealing or taking any money out of anyone's account until check out and then we tell the bank to give us the owing amount!)

Ah, the b*tch that works with me f*ckn' didn't clean any rooms yesterday and a guest drilled me out, because A: Her room wasn't cleaned, B: No one was there at ten, C: The manager didn't pick up her phone last night (likely because she was drinking at some party out by Jack Fish Point/Carrot River Landing),D: The restaurant had a closed sign out so she thought the hotel was closed, E: she didn't like that we have enough staff, and F: she thought her pre-authentication meant we have already taken her money and she wanted a refund at checkout
