Yeah, I agree. I also like how in anime they seem to express more emotion at times. I know I wished to go into a emo corner or something to really show what I'm feeling.

Romantic relationships in anime whether they are straight, gay, or ??? are used to cause more drama in it. They don't have to go as far as hardcore Yaoi/Yuri/Hentai, but can give a sense that the characters have real human emotions and possible feelings to the other characters in the show. How they express that though is up to the creator of the show. Ie: holding hands to hardcore f*cking.

Yaoi isn't bad only got into it because my anime club expanded my view of different animes to watch some that I would never actually choice to watch on my own. Some of the anime that I have seen it is funny to watch the Yaoi fan girl say some obscene things to the main character

Yaoi isn't so bad. I'm attracted to it because it has guys taking the girl role. IDK, some of the Semes in the Yaois remind me of me and some of the Ukes are what I'm looking for. (More or less, I know no one is perfect, hell I'm a girl but wants to be a Seme to a male Uke! ... Bed & relationship wise...)

Oh, right now? Ah, I'd guess sekaiichi hatsukoi. But, I loved the original FMA series. I'm kind of more excited about DRAMAtical Murder:re connect that's coming out. (Can't wait till fandub!) Still learning Japanese right now.
