I only played Mass Effect 3, but I know what you mean. When it comes to games I'm mostly a sandbox gamer. Infamous for example also gives you choices. Granted, it's only good or bad, but the consequences for gameplay can literally make a difference of night and day (missions during night instead of day because of the path you chose :P)

I'm a fan of Final Fantasy XIII and it's sequals and I really like Kingdom Hearts (although I think that borders a little on fantasy)
