Chicago sounds like a nice place to visit! my summer's going alright, working as a lifeguard to save up some money. living in Oklahoma during the springtime can get pretty scary, and i feel bad for those who suffered the tornadoes. on a different note, how's your summer been going?

Chicago's pretty much like the gentleman opposite of New York, much more classy and even though its crowded, its still as robust and interesting as New York. The rest of Illinois is nothing like Chicago itself but the culture still radiates within a good 50 miles..but after that..nothing but farmland and people who aren't as high strong or superficial. Just like any major city though, cost of living is high. : P How's your summer going? Especially with all those Tornadoes Oo; It must suck living in that alley of doom/gloom season.

Oklahoma is beautiful, and the cost of living is very affordable! Don't really care about the people, though, i want to live next to the ocean :D. What's Chicago like? Or Illinois for that matter?

hi Aiaran, welcome to the website! as for traveling, i've only ever been to one local convention for the past few years so it's via car, but it's always a lot of fun with friends! i love getting on trains and airplanes, because it feels like you're going on an adventure :D corny i know
