i understand that mixing dna isnt always going to give you the right mix
asians are prone to heart conditions, so maybe having asian and european babies could fix that
OR that gene would stay
but thats evolutionary tests and trials
humans with dna that has neanderthal genes TEND TO BE HEALTHIER AND STRONGER
and thats as mixed as it gets

try and remember you cant control everything, and that things will simply happen and to always keep in your head that you do have an anxiety issue, and that it might be all in your head
try and keep your head above the cloudy thoughts of worry, and try and rationalize and address you do have a problem
i find that yoga or simple meditation can help with anxious thoughts, something that clears your head and lets you focus on one thing, breathing.
if your worried about her not talking to you then try and casually ask her if shes busy lately or what reason it is that she cant talk as much
communication is extremely important in any relationship, so if you have a problem you should voice it, aslong as it is in a calm and mature manner

If an ex goes out of their way to reveal something very personal and sensitive about you to other people then you simply shouldn't trust them because who knows what kind of stuff they may have told other people behind your back? If he really loved you then he wouldn't have done such a terrible thing because that's him going out of his way to deliberately hurt you. You really are best off moving on for good and find someone else or like you said, just go solo for a little while, enjoy yourself and fix the things you feel need working on. Don't worry, you'll meet someone who will really care about you eventually.
