That would be plenty helpful. LOL Naito, time is what it takes to make a great story. I mean we aren't aiming for perfection but something thrilling, awesome and just an overall good read is what I hope we are all striving for. So time is what it takes but I am working as fast as I can xD.

If Sephiroth has the will & knowledge to do so then it'd be awesome! :D Otherwise I don't think it's a good idea. If it's some random guy who knows C++ & java he could leave some hidden backdoors & get access to private data which would invade the privacy of the users here. I think that a responsive web design with some good cache mechanism should do the trick if the android app won't do.. also responsive web design will avoid the annoyance of having to work cross platform (If you decide to implement it for IOS as well).

Pretty sure it's just because most everything was written in japan, and if it's not then it's heavily influenced by the fact that almost everything was written in japan. Most of those sites are probably famous for their shrines and thus are used in those kind of anime/ manga...just my guess...
