Take your emotions out in a hobby, like hunting season, legally, sports, gaming, writing, music making, etc. Whatever fits you that helps calm yourself down. Idk what kind of personalities your parents have but I suggest thinking over a way that can hopefully put you in a better environment. Don't let hate and fear of this drastic change eat you up. It'll most certainly be hard to where you'll want to run away: don't do that, go numb and cast every acknowledgement of it out: which will emotionally destroy you without you realizing it, and fear of how it might feel like in thinking things will be worse cuz everything you once had with your parents is falling apart which will cause you to second guess what their relationship might have always been and any missed signs that occured: which will mentally torture you. Try not to go down any of these paths or cause self harm to yourself thinking that might bring your parents back together. Most cases divorce can help both sides if not just one side become better. Try and help be the medium to this and be each other's support.
