I'd say the "perfect" otaku girl is a matter of opinion. Personally, my preference is someone who's friendly, understanding, fun to be with, kind and accepts me for what I am. And of course, love anime and Japanese culture. And games. Cosplaying would be a perk as well.

It's very subjective. For me it would be someone who is upbeat and kind, laid back and humble, has goals, and has a range of interests and likes including anime.
