Block and Ignore List options

Im surpriced an block option havent been added to the site yet. Bieng able to block would make people get away from people harrashing them. Creepers and all that. I know people can make new accounts. But its still an huge help bieng able to block people.

Is there a option to hide posts from certain peoples (unsubscribe to them) on my MO front page? I don't want to unnecessary unfriend them but it gets annoying real quick when there's a lot of stuff I don't want to see.
