Naked Blood was pretty disturbing, it ties Visitor Q. Depends on if you find self cannibalization or necrophilia more disturbing. The wierdest has to be Tetsuo: The Iron Man, someone must have had a really bad acid trip and made a movie of it.

The weirdest thing I've ever saw was this movie called "Oh my! Invisible man" but it was one hell of a laugh. I believe they still have it on youtube.

Reborn from Hell:Samurai Armageddon! Weird as fuck with bad ass action. There is another one where the chick samurai powers up everytime she flashes her titz but i figure that was kinda normalish...you can find that on crackle by the way.

Tokyo Gore Police. Yeah, I don't think it'll ever really get crazier than that...or any of Yoshihiro Nishimura's other works.
