@Michael There are women that actually don't climax to vaginal penetration. Actually, I kinda wanna say a lot of women don't, but I can't remember if it was a majority or close enough. If I remember, the existence and function of a g-spot is controversial. Most women orgasm through clitoral stimulation though, which is outside.

@xueli My own admittedly anecdotal experience over the years is that some do, some don't, and that you'd probably have to have an insanely large sample size to make observations with any degree of confidence. But even for those who do, most of the really sensitive nerve endings in the vagina are in the first few inches anyway. The verifiable existence of something biologically discrete that can be called a "g-spot" is indeed a subject of some debate, but virtually every woman I've been with has been capable of either orgasm or at least significant pleasure from having a particular spot on the anterior inner walls stimulated. Best way I've found (although again, YMMV) is by inserting a few fingers (or whatever is comfortable), palm-up, curling the fingers towards you and stroking the inside. She'll let you know if you found the right spot. Again: "anecdote" is not the singular form of "data". :) But for women who get off on it, the debate over the existence of the g-spot is pretty much academic. What feels good, feels good.
