I really suggest that you try to talk about your feelings and frustrations with your partner. Assuming that it has something to do with them or their lack of attention. It's pretty much the best and only way to fix that kind of a problem unless the problem doesn't stem from them and just from some unknown inner problem but either way I wish you the best of luck because I know how sucky that feels when you aren't actually single
