I appreciate the offer but as much as I would have sex with you I don't think it means I would have sex with your brother, I'm second. I'm pretty darn sure it means I would not have sex with your brother, I hope you're not offended.

Nononononono! That's not what meeting my older brother would mean at all. It's just that I'm his only sibling, and being a younger sister on top of that means that he just wants to make sure that the people I'm interested in aren't COMPLETELY weird. ;3 I hope that you aren't offended, love.
