@Thuglor what you deem as "constructive criticism" is merely a veiled attempt to mock the advertising of myself, and my continued efforts in finding someone special. while suggesting that I am settling to know people at an superficial level is rather.. well, ignorant of you. did you know that the process of getting to know anyone starts at a superficial level, pretty much known for being the point of what initially attracted you or me to said individual. Next comes yes/no, do you like this/that, whats your favorite, questions which can seem relatively superficial to an outsider, but holds immense value to the one that was shared with. secondly, The "someone date me" attitude is correct however, but is also expected seeing how this is a dating website to which I take very seriously, as mine and potentially other's futures are involved. I find you to be rather disingenuous with your comments, as either it was not a well thought out piece of constructive criticism or was meant to belittle, either or your posting in the wrong place. recommend in the future to not comment as such on the confessions bored and keep it for the relationship advice bored, But Then again you're your own man so you do you. Now in keeping with the theme: I must confess, I have very low tolerance for those attempting to make a fool of me, I reserve that right for myself.

Thug, I thought what you said was plain old common sense. I mean, if you go in thinking "This can only be romantic!", you're bound to fail more often than not. You put pressure where there need no be any. The best approach IS to go in without any preconceived notions of what you want and just let things flow naturally. Besides, is there anything wrong with friends?

I appreciate your advice, when searching it is inevitable that people end up making friends along the way. that's very much how life is. I know my weakness, and often I bottle that and keep it to myself. Let's not forget though, this is a Confession board, and just because someone confesses a personal flaw doesn't mean that they don't have it under control. I confess, I tear'd up when Roy Mustang said "its a terrible day for rain".
