FOR GIRLS ONLY!!! Ok... um what is your thoughts on Yaoi

Hmmm... Well I have read and enjoyed some yaoi but it really depends. This is difficult to put Into words but I will work on general ideas. For the most part I like the ones with sweeter relationships and lees violent sex... That I do not like, especially when the uke is unaware of what is happening or essentially raped. Unfortunately this is a common theme that I have notice. Same with the not willing but body is willing sort of theme. Morally I find this wrong and yet it is some sort of turn on. Tmi I'm sure but this is hard to explain really. ^^ this is purely a fantasy and in my opinion should never be put into practice.... That being said the ones that I do like, minus a few outliers, have what I consider to be interesting stories like Sekaichi Hatsukoi or Junjou Romantica. However, I still have many qualms with the two I listed even though I like them! Culturally speaking this concept is treated very differently and this I am constantly thrown into conflict over the genre. Like other pornography it is just fulfilling a fantasy, which is fine as long as that does not come into play in reality and hurt someone emotionally or physically. I love yaoi! I'm a striaght girl but there's something so cute and adorable and just so sexy about yaoi. Its not really a porn thing either like guys liking girl on girl. Its a moe thing.

I like yaoi, I guess because I feel like there more dynamic relationships and interactions in it. With a lot of anime/manga/media in general, the girl is forced into a submissive role so much that it's just assumed that is the role she wants to be in, and that the guy would want to be in the dominate role of the relationship :p. I personally think that's boring. Often in yaoi or yuri there aren't defined roles, part because they are the same gender. Honestly regular hentai (or porn in general) often dis-empowering women. It's also just geared towards men more often than not. It's not that surprising that women would seek other things. Just my opinion >>.

Well, there is a growing amount of female positive porn directed towards female viewers. But I think that's mostly in the west, you don't really see that a lot in the east.

Oh my goodness I've been into yaoi since like middle school which is like 8-9 years now a friend introduced me to it at first I was ohhhhh laaawwwdddd but then I was like YEEEEESSSSSS!!!!!!!! There's nothing wrong with enjoying it its like people have said here yaoi is for girls by girls. Just like guys like hentai or yuri. After all 2 dicks is better then one right? I've met few gay guys that r into yaoi since yaoi is for women by women. Gay guys r mostly into bara which I'm pretty sure u guessed is directed towards them. I've tried getting into but I can't mostly what I've encounter in that department is big hairy guys with gigantic dicks & muscular bodies not something i dig. Now when i first started into yaoi I couldn't really stomach the hardcore stuff took me a while but now every time I read fan fiction or mangas I want them super graphic. I've gotten to the point in the road where I can tell the difference between good yaoi and bad yaoi by this concept I mean who just started writing yaoi or who is a good at it & knows what there doing. Especially now days any little kid can right yaoi on fan fiction.net & label it as yaoi when its like a kiss scene & that's it u get my point. If u want & u don't mind I've been around long enough to be able to help u get started on this wonderful glorious journey of the yaoi kingdom. & please don't feel ashamed or lonely trust me there is a lot of yaoi fangirls or boys out there somewhere they may hid it & be closet perverts or there r others who r proud to profess there love for yaoi. So please don't feel weird be proud that u r not boring
