Lucian used to be a BEAST but they nerfed him SUPER HARD during PBE. That's why on his release he wasn't as appealing and not even half as beast mode as he was on PBE. I was disappointed. Jinx on the other hand will get the nerf relatively soon. Renekton <3, i still wish they would get rid of his 2 second self stun animation on his W.
