Its usually the same 8-12 people on everyday, but yea people still get on just at a later time.

I haven't been on to manage things due to time constraints so I wouldn't be able to say what the activity is like. If it turns out no one is on it, I will be sure to try to revive it. But as videokid mentioned, the evenings are generally your best bet for finding people

Around midnight, judging by the time of Haruu's post. There are usually around 5 or so people on around 9:00PM EST. New Quest: Stay up until midnight and go on chat.
