Last one to post here wins

I find the night to be beautiful. The wind acts as wondering souls wanting to tell a tale. The moon shines brightly, wanting only to watch those who roam under its light. The blackness of the shadows swallow you and protect you from harm. Many fear the darkness but, if you become one with it, your only fearing yourself. Sometimes I too fear what lurks in the shadows, but why? There is much to fear in this world but, why worry about simple shadows of things that still exist in the light. Darkness to some might be considered evil, why? Because they don't understand it. True, many evil beings call the shadows their domain but, the shadows don't belong to them. The night has its good and bad like anything else. I've seen the beauty of the night. The whispers in the wind, the watchful eyes of the stars, and the flourishing light of the moon. The night is beautiful and truly enchanting. For I believe sometimes, its the only place for certain ones to find peace.

I find those "poems" to be as farts in the wind. Poetry that comes from the heart only lifts another and is of no personal gain. Poetry that comes from attention reeks of falsity. Just my two cents as a fellow self proclaimed poet.Also, a little spell check goes a long way. Buuuut... please continue.

So many thoughts, so many tricks. So many laughs, and so many cries. Oh what wonderful torture. But you know, life ain't all that bad. Sure you feel like you want to tear your hair out sometimes but, who doesn't right? Who am I? No one special, just your un average Joe that wants to enjoy life and try not to get to crazy with things. On the other hand, you have to be a little crazy to get through life, I mean look at this worlds definition of normal. People do some really crazy things these days. They lie, cheat, kill, wage war, sexualize everything, and guys are sleeping in the same beds. What the hockey tock is going on here?! So you might ask, how to I deal with it? How should I know, like I said I'm no one special but, that doesn't mean I haven't found a few tricks and tips along the way. So first things first, don't be normal. Now I'm not saying run around in rainbow outfits or kill anyone that angers you no, that be crazy! BUT what I am saying is be yourself, be you, do what makes you happy and go through life positively, even though its hard. Second most important thing, LAUGH. Laughing every day makes you happy, it makes you so happy, that you feel like you could take on any problem no matter what it is. Plus, its fun. Finally, try writing. Writing helps get all your tangled little thoughts onto paper. Trust me, once you see your thoughts in front of you, you'll either be happy or horrified. O yeah one more thing. Your still probably wondering who the heck I am right? Just call me Laugher. Happy trails people!
