Like others have said, it's all a personal choice whether you put up your picture or not. However, being able to see someone promotes interaction. There are many people for whom the way you look does matter, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're trying to use you. I understand why you wouldn't trust putting up a pic based on your experiences, but maybe you're missing out on some good experiences as well. Of course, I wouldn't know...seeing as I don't have a pic either.

Mizzmay, you have completely ignored the point of my post lol. So you're okay with people just leaving you after you've built some type of relationship with them and THEN leave you AFTER they know how you look like ? You're okay with dealing with that? lol. Wouldn't you rather those type of people just ignore you by simply not talking to you right away instead of getting to know you, have some interests, see you and then leave you? Lol. I give up, you are completely blinded and can't grasp the point i'm making. Could explain why those guys you messaged have never messaged you back because they have no visual. VISUAL is bitter sweet, it can be good and it can be bad. But without it, you are going to have a tough time.
