hit your head against a wall real hard, granted said side effects maybe harsh... on serious note I would say just find a new show to watch and keep the ones ya like in your head and laugh a lil when ya think about em. I am same way have real detail oriented mind when comes to my loves and hobbies but I still enjoy rewatching eash show like was first time.. hehe I try to notice things I might have missed or enjoy it from a new perspective.
