Leukemia is cancer in the mine marrow, which means something has to have gone wrong with the DNA in your bone marrow cells. Which is impossible to affect by something like drinking which goes nowhere near your bones

nuclear waste can alter your DNA, DNA is a very strong genetic blue print, but outside forces can cause it to be damaged. increased replication, radio activity, too much UV rayes etc. if DNA is altered you get errors that can eventually lead to cancers decreased replications, uncontrolled replications etc.

which leads back to leukemia. if your DNA is messed up you can get cancer. thats what links the comment of nuclear waste and DNA. not to be side tracking you or anything.

blood is mostly made up of plasma, red blood cells, white blood cells, hormones, platelets, minerals and such. im pretty sure your stomach acid can digest most of those substances without any damage done to your system. if you do get leukemia from drinking your own blood i think it might be a very rare situation dont you think?
