whith all of the above said pretty much means that if your room was flooded naturaly outside your building te waterlevel would probably be water at the same height of the room probably higher that bieng said automaticaly means the sewwers would already be flooded to the max because of al the sewer pits and watever your country would have to make sure the streets don't get flooded when there is a storm or some thing so even if you did pull the toilethandel down there would be nowhere for the water to go
