Marathoning Shows

I was wondering which anime shows are good ones to marathon? I know this can be quite subjective but I am still curious. Any thoughts...

So far, I would have to agree with Steins;Gate and Hellsing. I have also done so with Berserk. It is funny that after a while of watching that show I would be repeatedly reminded that I was watching Berserk.

I'm about to marathon Hellsing Ultimate. Assuming I can commandeer one of the x-box's, lol. I think, in order to really enjoy an anime marathon, each episode has to be distinct and capable of drawing you into an overall story arc. If it's similar gags every episode, or if they're stand-alone episodes (ie Paniponi Dash, Lucky Star, Azumanga Daioh, etc.) they can be hard to marathon. If they have a compelling story arc that paces correctly, like the above listed shows, you can get sucked in and won't even think of it as a marathon, just one really, really, really long movie. lol

Now Let's see.. I've been anithoning lots in my days xD So, The good ones I would recommend to anithon: InuYasha, Kaitou Saint Tail, Ashita no Nadja, Kamisama Hajimemashita, Mermaid melody Pichi Pichi Pitch, Pure (2nd season of mm) Saiunkoku Monogatari and Saiunkoku Monogatari 2nd season.. Many great ones out there.. <3

@tobitairu I would agree with you on the most part even though shows like Azumanga Daioh and Lucky Star can be best marathoned if you are watching it with other people. Besides that I love really long movies. @MonjaChan That is a good list. I have been hearing good things about Kamisama Hajimemashita.

Theres a lot of good ones but i will say for starters Naruto and bleach since they have a good plot but Im still exploring All the anime i didnt watch since i got hooked Back n 1999 so i'm catching up
