As others have mentioned, I recommend Crunchyroll. If you check out the official YouTube channels of companies like Funimation, they have full series uploaded. I think regular Hulu is free, and they have tons of anime as well. I only watch on sites that are connected to the industry, to promote the industry. If I like a series, and have the money, I'll buy the DVDs/Blu-ray. ^_^

If you wanna stream, you should check out Crunchyroll, Animenetwork, Funimation, Hulu, Viz, and Toonzaki! All of these sites are official, legal websites, and there's nothing wrong with that!

try dailymotion.com too they have alot of good streams.

Are you guys dumb. You seriously haven't posted one of the best ones. Damn. Here, "anilinkz.com" Updated everyday. If you are looking for ecchi/fanservice you want animeron.tv, yet its under maintenance atm. As for dub there is dubbedanime.net, and watchcartoonsonline.com. There are plenty more, yet already posted.
