What's the reason you're single?

Umm... I can't say no being one of them. I have had people confess to me and friends that pushed me towards people. Unfortunately for me, if you confess to me I'll say yes(unless dating or etc) even if I hate your guts or something. At the end of the day I would put their happiness above my own. The second is that I'm a quiet/shy person. If I'm in a new environment, I won't talk to anyone. Sometimes people think I'm scary/serious from a distance. One example of my shyness, there was this girl that I liked in my class that sat on the other side of the classroom. It took me 3 months to have a small conversation with her(like 2 questions and replies). Another example, is how this girl I liked asked to to close the blinds and I started hyperventilating XD Third is that I enjoy my free time. Once I get into a relationship, I devote myself to it. I don't expect my partner to but I will put out 110%. In a relationship, I don't have time for anything because I'm giving it my all. That's why I try to stay single for a while(or at least till I caught off guard).

Well, I always friendzone myself. If there's a guy or girl I like, I become friends with them, then I become close friends and that's the end, Plus, I'm friendly asf - so people can't tell if I'm trying to flirt. But I suck at flirting, plus the fact that I'm a gamer and an Otaku... But I'm not really looking for a relationship anyway.

I think my biggest problem was that i would just look for someone to hook up with rather than looking for a girl to be in a relationship with.

I have several reasons why I am single, but mostly it's that I'm not happy with myself and I feel as though I can't have a meaningful relationship until I deal with my own issues first. But I have actually had several women apparently wanted to date me (I'm fairly oblivious, so it was their friends that told me).
