I put up a general post telling him that causing trouble for the other users or slandering them will probably result in his ban.

I've never talked to him or anything cuz I always thought he was...strange...er but now that I've heard this I feel like cursing at him so much that his stupid fucking brain will fucking explode!!! But I'm nicer than that unless I lose my cool =3= but anyways I can be a pretty convincing teen so if you want me to "talk" to him anout how ass hole ish he's being just tell me because what he is doing is rude mean unforgivable and most of all stupid T_T

Well... in all honesty, not to play devil's advocate here but he's expressing an opinion. People are allowed to do that. Even in cases of slander, it's not a lawful case unless the results of his saying whatever has physically, mentally, and/or financially harmed you. And you'd still have to have a really good case. He's exercising his free speech so I don't think there's a real reason to ban him other than many people don't agree with him. *shrug* just sayin...

Already had a nice inbox chat with him i already have this under control i have given him some reasoning to stop if he does it again i will be doing this pronto

*Shrug* I'm just saying in a general sense that essentially it'd boil down to that you'd be banning him for having an opinion that you don't agree with

He has the right to say whatever he wants and people have the choice to believe or disbelieve him. There's steps to prove libel for a reason
