science or religion what's your opinion

is there something like that hate in a loving way ? plus there isn't realy anything bad or good about science it depends on how its used i mean there are a lot of conflicts about religion but science provides the tools that's bieng used for them i mean sceince mostly makes the most advance when there is a war also religion is good in the way of they teach the way of living a good live and bieng a good person also science provides a lot of the confieniece we have today providing water heat in the winter the only thing i don't understand is why if religion steaches to respect your fellow man and when slapt turn the other cheek why do they keep fighting each other doesn't that go agains the religion but wath im trying to say is that both aren't bad it mostly depends on the person who blieves or uses the idea's that science has produced

I wasn't being completely serious. Basically I was saying we can wholeheartedly disagree with what someone else thinks and still respect that person.

Science unchecked isn't always positive outcomes too. Like in the movie GATTACA, when humans perfect the genome project to the point where you can completely customize your babies, it created a new world order where people born naturally were shunned as second class citizens and your genes carried more weight for job consideration than knowledge and abilities. It's all a balance act. Too much of anything is bad, so is too little.

I'm agnostic and believe that science and religion can coexist and it would stop a lot of wars if we tried to understand each other.

Well since i am borderline agnostic and atheist... same to say i am a man of science haha.... ahhhh just ganna leave it at that.

I'm a follower of Christ but as long as everyone respects everyone I have no problem with other beliefs unlike most Christians are made out to be, like the dicks who protest out side concerts and cons, I don't like those people just as much as someone who believes in anything else, and I try to respect everyone's beliefs as much as possible.

See i have no issue with christ, actually as a person i respect him. It is just his supposed "father" i have issues with.
