How to get girls to reply to you?

I usually respond if the person isn't creepy per se. If they say hi and the conversation continues I'm fine with it, even with flirting (if there is any). Buuut I refuse to respond to people who keep asking me about my sexuality, sexual experiences, etc, especially if I don't know you long or in real life. But I do have a habit to stop responding or logging into social media so sometimes I don't respond for a long time.

Hell even idk what to say on this because usually just say hey how it's going or hey What's up, and i still get ignore but maybe it because whoever thinks i am creepy or misjudge idk.
