Have you tried other dating sites?

I've thought about trying them but honestly people where I live are way too intrusive. I've already been subject to several rumours from the fact I worked with a dude on one of mainstream sites. I'd rather keep personal things to myself and those whom I share them with. Makes things hard trying to put yourself out there while trying to maintain some semblance of privacy.

Tried a few recently, only serving to remind me I'm incompatible with 99.999% of females on the planet and will never meet the 0.001%.

I think of it this way: Dating sites are like gyms. You can pay for membership, but it doesn't do shit unless you actually try a lot. (But with difficulty ramped up to hard)

Yes I have! Bumble is great in my experience but some of my friend's have met some real creepers there. Tinder is great for short meetups but don't expect anything substantial there to last. okcupid was actually great for meeting nice guys that weren't all sprinting for the finish line. (I am very proud of this terrible joke). Online dating seems like a solid 80/20 for good dates to total weirdos. Just avoid craigslist.

I've tried several and they all end up being the same experience. I try to talk to people and they either disappear, stop talking to me all together, or completely ignore my first message to them. Basically I've had nothing but bad experiences on dating sites...
