You do not define the word God. But you previously stated that "capable of galaxy travel they might as well be called gods". So you gave a definition to what Gods can do. You cannot say that you can't define God while at the same time defining what God is. That is a simple contradiction. Under your definition. Humans will eventually become Gods. It is only a matter of time before we travel the galaxy like a type III civilization. Under the normal definition of God. God is the creator of the universe. Humans did not create the universe. Humans are not Gods. Do you have any proof that a being called God created the universe?

Galaxy travel is nearly impossible
so yes we would be like gods.

Galaxy travel is plausible and not as impossible as you may think. Galaxy travel is within human limits. Galaxy travel is childs play to a God.
Unless we can create universes out of nothing. Then humans are not Gods.

It's not easy, but not impossible. Type III civilizations can harness the entire power output of a galaxy. I think it is only a matter of time before humans become a type III civilization. But just because one travel the Galaxy does not mean that you're God.
