that makes no sense cause herbivores digest plants more than humans do...humans can't digest grass so they make the animal do it and and absorb the nutrients from the animals instead....growing plants that humans can eat is gonna cost more and leaving all those grass fields to be not used by humans is just a waste of resources ^^
