its kinda simple from knowing the EU's rule on genetically modified foods. aka its banned. meaning most of it would be outsourced from the north and south America for the most wanted items while neche stuff would be other in their home country and knowing that people like food from their home country leads to increase market thus leading to more land needed. i really did not need a sourse for that one its basic supply and damand

so which do you think is more dire the green house gasses and deforestation of our rainforest (the lungs of the earth) or the potential of a fungus that harms one species of crop?

the potential of a fungus harming one species of crop, because it could evolve to take out another crop or what if it was a major crop like rice or something of that nature we have a back up in the algie and kelp forests as another big contributor to oxygen

you know thats why we diversify our crops right? the potato famine in ireland happened because they only had one type of potato it didnt affect any other type the idea that our planet is dying and will not be able to be repaired is much worse than us having to breed a new form of banana

and you know that this will still happen even if we eat meat right? meat has nothing to do with funguses attacking our plants we cant live off meat alone, it has 0 nutrition, its all protein and cholesterol so can you tell me how eating meat halts the threat of fungues?

well its not as seceptable to other factors such as locus, and actually some farmers even treat their live stock as pets yes they know they have to kill them in the end and yes they know in the end its a job but the onces that show they care are the ones you support
