As a man of brown descent from that desert part of the world... I can strongly say my ancestors definetly had White slaves at some point or another.

I just came into the debate. Buts lets eradicate the notion that only dark people were ever oppressed. Sure the modern world from about the 1400s onward has been pretty good for white people but that's only a sliver of our history.

Well okay I just want to be clear before you try to frame me as a psychopath/racist. The reason why I think slavery is wrong is because it violates the human rights which I would never want violated from me, and so accepting the violation of someones rights would make it impossible for me to justify someone doing the same to me. Even if at the time of slavery I wouldnt have to worry about being a slave for being white, I still wouldnt want someone disparaging me for a different arbitrary trait, say, having blue eyes, and if I were to accept disparaging people for having an arbitrary trait such as being black to be okay, I wouldnt be able to defend if someone were to do the same and disparage me for having blue eyes, so even if I wouldnt be at risk for becoming a slave at the time, that wouldnt mean that I would be free from being a slave sometime in the future and therefore I would still be against it. Even if I were some sort of God and would be protected from being slaved by humans, I would still be against it because then there could be some God stronger than me who could enslave me and I wouldnt have a defense for it. But I guess in the hypothetical where if I were the god of all gods and nothing could ever touch me and I am forever immortal from everything and could never be harmed from anything, then I guess I wouldnt be opposed to it. But seeing how that is such an unrealistic hypothetical that wont ever realistically happen, I am always going to be against slavery.
