So now any1 with a phone has a camera essentially. You can re-do and take a bajillion photos. In any case a lot of them come out lookin' fake. Back then with the limited camera roll you learned to be more on point and try to display your emotion for a that perfect and genuine pic. Also, the way we design things today is to "take work out of things." (i.e. an automatic saw instead of scissors to cut tree branches). Makes us as people more lax. If everything's been done, in the future all we do as humans is work to maintain and program the machines..unless..they don't need us anymore to do that O.o(-insert terminator/matrix references now-)

I don't necessarily think that technology makes people lazy. I think it's a more efficient way to do things so that you can allocate your time into better pursuits. Sorta like when we transitioned from a hunter/gatherer society to a farming one. If you're not motivated to do productive things, then that's sorta on you rather than the technology. I don't think this generation of people are lazy, rather I think that previous generations of people would disagree with me as current and future generations shift to work methods and mindsets that are different and sometimes incomprehensible to the previous generations

To be honest in many ways I do, and in many ways I dont. We have so many advances technologically which is a double edges sword To quote the great Sage Francis "Conveniently religious on Easter Sunday and on Christmas. The television went from being a babysitter to a mistress. Technology made it easy for us to stay in touch while keeping a distance, 'til we just stayed distant and never touched. Now all we do is text too much." Not to say Technologies effect on our society is a bad thing, without the advances of medical technology for Instance I would be dead right now, as before the invention of exogenous Insulin diabetes was a death sentence, and no one can argue that commmunications technology like roadways create a greater complexity which serves society and its evolution extensively. But with more "stuff" comes the hardships of materialism in our society, where we as people are unfortunately constantly bombarded more and more by media, hence a lower self image due to not having the latest and greatest toy or being convinced there is something wrong with us for not being a Ken or Barbie Doll. Also to worry about is the growing disparities between classes of people, and the lack of trust between individuals world wide. I am the kind of person to say howdy when passing a stranger on the street and a usual response is to get a stare like... what does this guy want To paraphrase Terrence McKenna " Culture is not your friend, culture is 7 Billion people walking all over eachother trying to get to the top" a statement I find much more true now than when he even first stated it. I should stop here its probably already become a long an obtuse post.
