Is this site dying?

@arc Oh nice. I use MAL too. I've had an account there for even longer. I try to make accounts for everything. So I've been lurking around those forums as well. I don't mind the banners. My username is the same on there as it is here btw, if you would ever wonder. Oh yeah? A lot of them are all pretty young too probably and so they're just used to phone stuff. So annoying! I still really enjoy using a PC to socialize...It's not fair.

My personal observation: since COVID, less people are interested in (anime) chats and forums. These two years have fucked up a lot of people. Now there is more ghosting than ever, people hating you because you have a different oppinion or people that are even unable to socialise at all (they claim they want to write, but don't ask any questions or maybe they don't even know what to ask?). It's very weird. Unforuntately, I don't possess a remedy. Dating is even worse. My best internet friend, a beautiful and loveable woman, can't find a partner for life. The men just want to fuck something beautiful, keep her as one of many, are unfit for relationship or they are psychopaths/narcissists or cowards running away or ghosting her. In the past, kings would have waged war over such a nice and eye-pleasing woman! Of course, there are also lots of mediocre women thinking they only deserve the best, the sexy and rich prince in shining armour on a white unicorn leaving rainbow trails behind them. When they can't get him, they become angry or depressed. Or they fall into the hands of psychopaths/narcissists and turn into men-hater.
