Magic The Gathering

Anyone else play Magic the Gathering? I've got quite a few decks myself, but the problem is there isn't anyone around me to play with. I mostly play either Myrs, or Phyrexia.

I play mtg. I usually play casually with other people. My favorite block is the Kamigawa block. I usually play white/blue decks but pretty open to any.

My and my friends in college play casual too, but we would use decks from every format. My Myrs is a vintage deck that can win on turn 3, though not consistently. Though I usually take out a few cards so that it doesn't move that fast, I like to play a nice long game.

I got a couple decks that move that fast but like you I like long drawn out games. Yet I am still opposed to playing a 8 player free for all game since that takes forever....

You think that takes a long time. I once played a 12 person free for all. That took hours. And worse then that, have you ever heard of shahrazad? Basically, you set aside the game in progress, take what is left in your library and start another sub game of magic. The loser of the sub games has his life halved in the original game. My friend played 3 of them. We had a sub game, of a sub game, of a sub game, of a game of maigc. That took almost half a day to play out. And we had 4 people playing in that game too.

That sounds more like an anti-hipster. Doing something because it's popular at the moment. A hipster would go back and play the digimon card game

ooooooooohhhhhhhhhhh XD i thought they went with the flow XP oh ok :D but myy brother does magic and iv seen some of the torniments, they look kinda fun X3
