The airline lost 2 of our luggages. Tho they called us last night and said they found it but we gotta pay AGAIN if we want it delivered to us. Today morning to avoid more arguments and conflicts we paid for the luggages they lost in the first place. Later this morning they said our luggages already in our city and twas like shipped without cost. :’)
