^100% on what you added, for both sexes, but it applies AFTER you're in a relationship with someone, or at least when there's a mutual understanding that you have feelings for each other. There's nothing wrong with testing the waters and getting to know multiple people at the same time, then eventually it all should narrow down to one person. I don't think it's wise for a guy or girl to remain excusive to one person they're interested in because inevitably that other person is not talking to ONLY you. Now when the relationship starts rolling, both sides need to put up boundaries and limitation with their opposite sex friends. But once a relationship has traction, if you continue to flirt or spend time with friends of the opposite sex and use the weak ass excuse of "He/She is just a friend," despite seeing how it bothers you, then there's a problem. But if you're not dating, there's nothing wrong with the other person having friends of the opposite sex.
