Well I can't take it every night because then my body will get used to it blah blah blah so I rarely sleep

Did you ever try meditation that kinda helps me… sounds weird but yeah i do have a shitty sleep circle

I also forget to take it, yeah I've tried that, melatonin, tea, "sleep hygiene" rules the works

Its better than blacking out each night too haha
