Kyle Rittenhouse predictions

jacobl89
Yes that is the only one I think will stick. All the others are pretty much trash charges. I would have to find the video again and see the law itself, But somebody did say that Kyle rittenhouse's particular situation made out apply to that law but I guess we'll wait and see. The law sounds pretty clear cut but partisan politics often does that. I'm going to be honest I haven't read the law of myself that's why I say it'll probably stick but if it's been exaggerated and he doesn't fall under that then he may walk. The other situation where he walks on all charges is if the jury just decides they're not going to do it which is possible I've seen it happen before. It really depends on who's on the jury I think.

I take gun rights pretty seriously. But do you want to clarify "trash charges" for a moment?

Everything except for a POSSESSION OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON BY A PERSON UNDER 18. https://apnews.com/article/kyle-rittenhouse-police-shootings-wisconsin-kenosha-3febaa501c57a6b54e168353fe0b2a26

With this charge there are literally hundreds of other people who are identifiable and he is getting charged. Purely political. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH AN EMERGENCY ORDER FROM STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT
jacobl89
With this charge it's clear it was self-defense and he did not use his weapon until that point. FIRST-DEGREE RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING SAFETY, USE OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON
jacobl89
This charge is the most insane. For reasons I just previously stated. ATTEMPTED FIRST-DEGREE INTENTIONAL HOMICIDE, USE OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON

FIRST-DEGREE INTENTIONAL HOMICIDE, USE OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON Same is above

Seems to me like his victims were acting in self defense too. Yeah, putting aside all the white power symbols he was flashing all over social media, lying to the cops, and teaming up with a militia that contained several people with rather unsavory connections to known hate groups (Yeesh, that explains why Antifa was in town), who were thankfully much more responsible gun owners somehow, I also don't think he should be charged. This whole thing is just political theater to cover up some bad police work. When dealing with a group like BLM, you have to remember. These guys are scared and frustrated at this point. The worst thing a police force could do is ignore the deescalation procedures and show up in full force. Because that just validates them to do the things they have already decided to do, but never wanted to do. The same could be said for the far right paramilitary peeps. Them being there was just as reactionary. Granted, shooting an unarmed person in the head... If it were self defense, he should have aimed for the leg. Ah, but I expect too much from a 17 year old boy who wasn't even from Kenosha. That to me is pretty sus.

There is so much wrong with what you just said, in fact a lot of that isn't even allowed to be said in court. I think you should reevaluate what you think you know.

Vague assertions don't make you right. And neither to blind accusations on my part. We could do this. Let's break down what we know and where it came from. Cause I'm still getting caught up.
