Should I move to Alaska, Hawaii, or Japan.

I just want to have a serious life, career, and Family but the internet tells me to go to live In hard place. What are the Otaku's thoughts Since we just wish to get sent into our anime.

its really expensive to live in hawaii, and japan is really really really hard to immigrate to if you like the cold, alaska seems like the best choice, its cheaper to live and i believe you get a ubi as well (its small but pretty kool it happens)

If you move to Japan you're gonna be stuck teaching English to get your foot in the door unless you have a technical visa for like engineering etc. Which are obviously harder to get.

Of those 3. Alaska. It largely depends where in Alaska, but the weathers not too bad most of the year in the more populace areas.

@umi_nezumi doesn't it also depend on occupation as well (ie going to places where you are likely to find a job in your field?). Idk much about Alaska

@projectotakux Of course that is a consideration. I'm rather fond of it though, and it has more opportunities than you might think, especially in the STEM and medical fields. There's a good sense of community. If you are a big city kind of person it's mostly likely not for you. I've been tossing around the idea of moving there in the next 5 or so years.
