Predictions on Derek Chauvin Trial.

Purely based on evidence I think he will be found innocent on all charges. Especially after watching the defences closing argument.

An opinion based on pure evidence is objective, not subjective. I think the the earth is round. Is based on pure evidence. That makes it an objective opinion. An objective opinion is then no longer an opinion. But a fact. You can't have both a subjective "I think" and an objective "based on pure evidence". Doesn't make sense at all.

a1eph-α @a1ephy So people can't draw different opinions based on the same experience? That happens all the time. You can view evidence differently based on your feelings. We are only human after all. Assuming otherwise in all cases your assume humans are perfectly logical beings once we have evidence introduced to us. Just because you have evidence does not mean that your feelings don't play a role in how you view the evidence. 6 <------- If I showed that number to someone across the table and nothing else you would clearly see it as a 9. I know I typed a 6 but the other person was presented it in a way that resembles a perfect 9. This isn't a great example but other ones are too long for me to type but hopefully you understand evidence is what you make of it based on your own personal bias. That is why jury duty is picky on who will get selected for a trial.
