Had a busy workday and wasn't able to get many episodes in but I think I just started the last big filler arc.

Kenpachi and Byakuya are probably my favorite Captains through the anime. In the Thousand Year Blood War arc it becomes Kenpachi and Unohana. I guess that would mean Kenpachi is my overall favorite. Also, with Kubo's ratings of the Captains, If Yamamoto's attack is a 100, then no one else's should be 100 with the exception of course being Ichigo at his height of the TYBW arc. I mean, both Shunsui and Ukitake are BOTH literally frightened of him even when it was theoretically a 2 on 1 scenario, beyond the way Shunsui is scared of Unohana. It was stated that the flames Yamamoto emits are as hot as the sun itself, and his bankai can eliminate the existence of whatever it touches. If he touched the tip of his sword on the ground, it simply erases a large section of earth. Even Aizen admitted he'd be no match in a straight up fight against him, and Unohana stated that Yamamoto's Bankai just in IDLE state for too long would incinerate the entirety of Soul Society to ash. And yet Komomura has the same attack rating? Gtfo.
