*shrugs* i dont know. he passed the stimmy that no republicans voted for, so its thanks to dems winning the senate that your getting 1.4k, because the republicans didn't want to give you that. plus houses with children will be getting 300 a month starting July, which will be an insane help to single parents trump secured the vaccine but i wont give him praise for doing the literal bare minimum lol. he didn't create or fund the vaccine, pfizer is an independent german company, and trump TRIED to lie and say he helped in its creation(i believe that was in a pence tweet?) i have hopes for biden, but theyr not sky high. I'm optimistic for any dem president. i don't like him as a human being, but policy wise if hes a dem then he believes in social programs and funding that through increased taxes for the wealthy i was surprised actually, to hear that biden went back on his statement about making his own tax bill, and will instead by amending trumps, so maybe trump had some alright things in there? (although he did not draft that himself, hes not a politician he wouldnt know how to draft a bill, so i still am barely crediting even that) but, in the time that we own the senate and we don't end the filibuster and implement some kind of universal healthcare, i will lose faith in this fucking country. dems had the tools and couldn't unite to use them and ill never forgive them for that

@momoichi that was not trump's fault that was mitch McConnell so try again. Trump actually said to do $2k stimmy checks and McConnell didnt want to do it. Then dems with all the power they have didnt even do that and only sent 1.4k instead of $2k like they so gloriously wanted to do while trump was in office. Trump mobilized the military for distribution so even if you wont give him credit for that give him credit for this. Forget pfizer we also have moderna which is american. Then there is also Johnson and johnson also american whether he had ties to this idk. But trump did have the news about the vaccine before they even anniunced it so. Just cuz he is a dem its cool? While the country literally burns lets not forget we have an autonomous zone going on at this moment where people have died in but no comments on that wont see that in the media huh? They are too worried about his biggest failure which is the border. Literally opened pur country to crime and disease.

@hell_hound7 when did i blame trump for not voting for the stimmy? hes not even in government anymore he has no control. trump was surprisingly based for pushing the 2k, even if it was just to spite the other republicans and it wasnt just mconnell that didn't vote, there wasn't a single republican that did. not a single one. also yeah, it should have been 2k, but if you recall a few dems refused to pass it originally and they had to amend it and hold another vote. so the relief package we got was less then what biden originally drafted. but that's because of a few democrats, and we needed the ENTIRE democratic senate to pass it. couldn't miss a single vote. and when did i say just because hes a dem its cool? dems are dems because of there policy alignments lol. wer both dems, ofcourse i would agree with his economic plan. obama got us out of a historic depression and biden was his vice president, so yeah my hopes are somewhat positive. not even going to discuss the border with you because your too down that rabbit hole to be talked with on that... as for the covid relief bill, what gripes do you have with it?
