More people would be affected by censorship. So they infringe on people's ability to express whatever thought they have. But people wanna be like "ItS uNcOnStItUtIoNaL" to even put measures in place that stop that frim happening. Thats why these corporations always get a free pass because of dumb braindead stances like that. Twitter again is is a public forum as ruled by the court according to the trump case "A public forum, also called an open forum, is open to all expression that is protected under the First Amendment. Im sorry aleph but you lost this one. Too many people are playing loopholes in the first amendment and thats why we need it to be fixed. Because if trump can lose a case where he argues something is private then private companies dont get any protections at all. Stop advocating for company rights over the right of millions.

Even if you argue that trump using his twitter profile to disseminate information as president and that means it is a public forum, THEY banned him while he was president.
